Security Building

The Security Building is a 17-story, 100,000 SF Class A historic office building located in the heart of Downtown Miami. The building was built in 1929 and was the first financial landmark in Downtown Miami. Fuse Group acquired this property in 2021 and has been focused on the repositioning and remodeling of the entire building to bring life back into the building, while preserving its historic and cultural identity.
