Mingyao joined Fuse Group in Aug 2024 as Real Estate Development Associate. She is working directly with our VP of Real Estate and is responsible for acquisitions, business plan development, entitlements, and full-cycle development projects management. She is passionate about socially responsible placemaking and making positive impacts on communities through public private partnerships.
Prior to working at Fuse Group, Mingyao worked in Asia Pacific on affordable housing development, adaptive reuse urban renewal projects, and value-add to opportunistic real estate private equity funds management. Her experience spans across multiple asset classes including mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, retail and industrial. She holds a M.S. in Real Estate Development from M.I.T., and a B.S. in Surveying from City University of Hong Kong.
