Greenwich Studio

Located in North Miami Beach, just off Biscayne Boulevard, Greenwich Studio hosted the filming of many known films, such as Flipper, Miami Vice, Bad Boys, Something about Mary, and many more. Fuse Group acquired the property in 2021 and intends to develop a high-rise residential complex with 360 residential units, and to revitalize the studio section into a unique commercial space that will include office, food & beverage, retail, and entertainment center.
