Eyal Gutman joined Brack Capital Group in 2001, and has served as CEO of Brack Capital Holdings since 2004. Brack is an owner/developer of real estate in 10+ countries, which includes substantial US operations. In the 1990's, Mr. Gutman performed project level/financing work with several Israeli developers in CEE. Since the early 1990's, Mr. Gutman has been actively involved in hundreds of property transactions exceeding $10 billion, including leading the Euro 1.2 billion takeover of Haslemere NV in 2002. Additionally, Mr. Gutman has 15+ years of teaching finance and real estate to both undergraduate and graduate students. Mr. Gutman earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Economics from Technion and a PhD in Economics from Technion and Haifa University.
