Chukwuzitere “Chuzi” Okwaraji

Chuzi Okwaraji joined Fuse Group in March 2025 as an underwriter to support the underwriting and investment initiatives through the due diligence process, deal structuring, and strategic evaluation of real estate and structured financing opportunities. As an experienced investment analyst with a background in real estate finance, CMBS, and CLO structured products, Chuzi brings experience across multiple facets of the finance industry.
Prior to joining Fuse Group, Chuzi served as a Senior Analyst at Thomas Crest Capital (a subsidiary of CGI Merchant Group), where he played a key role in loan analysis, asset performance analysis, and asset performance optimization. His earlier experience includes roles at Geosam Capital and Moody’s Investors Service, where he focused on market analysis, credit analysis, and structured finance instruments.
Chuzi earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the State University of New York at Potsdam, is currently pursuing a master's degree in real estate with a focus in Real Estate Finance at Georgetown University, and has passed the CFA Level I exam.
